WHAT IS A TOLL-FREE NUMBER

A conference call is when three or more people talk on the phone at the same time from different locations using a toll-free number. Conference calls allow everyone to be in the same meeting regardless of location.

Transcription

HOW EARLY DO I HAVE TO BOOK A RUSH TRANSCRIPT

The earlier you book your event/transcript the better chance we have of being able to take your request. Since we proof all our transcripts we need to ensure we have enough staff on hand to service your request.

HOW DOES YOUR PRICING WORK

The two factors that affect the price are (1) how soon you want the transcript, and (2) the length of your call.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO HEAR THE AUDIO

For Windows, you will need windows 7 or greater (we no longer support Windows XP) for Mac OSX 10.5 or greater.
